Your goal comes first

Back on your own bike

For many people in Utrecht, cycling isn't a sport, it's freedom. To the market, to the grandchildren in Leidsche Rijn, to the GP. If that's your goal, we practise it for real.

In the last weeks of your programme we train getting on and off, looking over your shoulder and braking. When you're ready, your physiotherapist rides a first loop with you along the Catharijnesingel.

  • Getting on and off, with and without a step-through frame
  • Balance and reaction training
  • Advice on an e-bike or tricycle
  • A test ride together, when it's safe
